I'm feeling kind of stupid. Does its passive increase your base AD by 25%?
Or does it add 25% of your base AD to your attack as bonus attack?
For instance : Sheen does 100% of your base attack damage as on-hit for you next attack (or ability that applies on-hit effects). Would Sterak's Gage increase Sheen's proc by 25%?
lets say the champ your playing has currently 100 base ad, with sterak's gage, you'll have 125 BASE ad
so sheen would do 125 bonus damage
Or does it add 25% of your base AD to your attack as bonus attack?
