devourer on laning vayne viable or not

is getting sated devourer on laning vayne viable. Making the assumption that its her first item and not taking into account champ kills in lane could she stack it fast enough for it to be viable. the way I have it figured she can get 3 stacks without to much trouble as long as she takes every gromp/krugs and scuttle. but if she pairs with a strong enough support pusher or one who can 2v1 it opens up the option to counter jungle would love to hear any thoughts ideas or improvements to see if we can make it work.

Why would you delay yourself that much? It's so unreliable and takes so long time to stack when you are laning.

Heal is way more important on ADC because you need to deal constant damage and stay alive as long as possible, smite doesn't really help your chances of survival as much as heal does.

I've seen people in OddOne's games try it, and honestly, if you can stack it quickly enough, you can be op af, and it's definitely possible to just 2-man a baron with your jungler. The only problem is, if you fall behind in lane, it becomes next to impossible to stack it quickly enough to become effective.

my friend got a 1v5 penta as jungle vayne with sated
he took it to lane and got his *** kicked because he gave a away a kill this build type is very dependent on you not dieing early and being able to kill dragon/scuttle as often as possible its a very skill based pick and i wouldnt reccomend it
