League of Legends (LoL) Question: How can I go about reporting someone on here?

I made a guide for Xerath and it has been top guide for 3-4 months and some random guy completely copied it. Really, word for word in some parts with hardly changing pretty much anything. Like he took way that I talk with no credit onto me. It is sad really, but I feel like this should not be allowed.

PS. I am not worried about him taking all of my views or anything. I believe it is wrong to plagiarizer.
