    How does Marksmans Handle Blitz(Tanks)

It seems impossible to fight against him, so if you choose an different lane he just stalks you.

Ask your support to ward the side bushes in your lane. It's easier to dodge his grab if you see it.

Keep a good distance between you and him. If you stand behind the minions, he will simply walk on the side and wait for you to back a bit to grab. You have to move at the same time he does and always keep the same distance, otherwise he will close the gap and you will be in his range.

Remember that the grab goes by his right hand. In other words, it's harder for him to grab if you stand on his left side.

In the early game, poke him if you have a long range. If you don't, focus on the minions and his positioning instead.

When he will hit level 6, you will have to be more cautious: his silence prevent counter-play (flash, dashes).

In late game buy a Banshee's Veil, that way you won't be screwed if he manages to land a pull.

Try to freeze the waves in the middle of the lane or let the enemy adc push it to your turret. His angles are limited if you stay in the middle and its less dangerous to get grabbed near your turret then his.

Let me know if my tips helped you or not ^^

In a 2v2 lane you can deal with him if playing safely and cautious. As Blitzcrank you generally max out your Rocket Grab first making it cooldown getting shorter with the course of the laning phase - consider this.
I wouldn't really call Blitzcrank a "tank" but what helps against tanks generally is Armor Penetration and therfore Last Whisper as a core item on every AD Carry.
To avoid getting "stalked" proper warding in the river will reveal him and as an AD Carry you should stay with your mates most of the time ...

It's very important that you keep your bushes warded and you stay behind your minions. He can't get those picks on you with his hook in lane if you're standing behind minions. But know when to retreat though. If you have one minion left against an enemy's five, then retreat. Losing a bit of gold is better than getting hit by a Blitz hook.

Contrary to popular belief, early game Blitz is very squishy. Despite being squishy, be wary of his Mana Barrier. Blitzcranks tend to catch a lot of people off guard with how big the shield is. If you can simply poke Blitz down to a level where it pops, then look to engage in that minute opening you have, or if he is out of mana.

Occasionally, Blitzcranks enjoy running behind your own minions, zoning you out from experience. Know you're lane match-ups. If you have a Leona Lucian lane verse a Twitch Blitz, then don't run, take that fight. They'll lose it as not only are they weak early, they also have your own minion wave against them. Heck, your Leona should be pelvic thrusting into that Blitz hook. ****ing protect dat curry man. You'll win the trade. If you have a squishier lane, it's a 50/50 whether you can out predict the Blitz. The pressure tends to get to a lot of Blitzcranks when it's just one on one. When in this situation though, don't hug the wall. Stay in the middle of the lane, keep your dodging options open. If it misses, good for you, if it lands, then hope your support can peel for your ***. A lot of the popular squishier supports, Nami, Janna, they have good peel, so it shouldn't be too hard.

When late game to mid game comes around, then you really just have to be aware. If the enemy is sieging, keep the areas around warded so Blitz doesn't get a cheese pick on you. Stay behind your front line at all times. Getting that tanky *** Amumu grabbed is beneficial for your team. Try not to be alone in your jungle, that's how picks happen, especially with Blitz. Blitz doesn't do too well when you actually engage, only in the pre-teamfight. If you have a teamfight comp over their likely pick comp with Blitz, then go in. It it's a poke comp, then use your range to stay out of Blitz's range.
