League of Legends (LoL) Question: Who is more effective Mid?

zed is more active his w is good to escape or target an enemy and he is very active in team fight +his deadly damage twisted fate would take 4 shots if zed in his full build.

Twisted Fate is definitely more effective, on level 13ish he can pretty much one shot the wave, which makes him easy to split push. His ult can be used for two situations, when you hunt for someone or when you are trying to escape or save someone. What you can do later in the game is when your team and the enemy team are not really doing anything (hence clearing jungle) you can split push side lanes (potentially use ghost) and destroy towers in matter of seconds. Once you spot they are chasing you (by wards or just prediction) you can ult and run away safely. Yasuo on the other hand can also split push and one shot the wave, but does not have ability to escape or join teamfights as quick as Twisted Fate.

In my opinion TF is more effective as "mid laner". His wave clear is strong and his global pressure is unmatched. Yes he gets destroyed in some matchups or in a lot but that's not the focus anyway. Yasou is strong but his roaming isn't on par with TF's and he can also get destroyed in lane if the player sucks. Teamfighting both do well. However, it's easier to stun someone with gold card than to knockup a whole team (team comp specific).
