League of Legends (LoL) Question: Why doesn't Rito remove killstealing and taxing from the game?

Why doesn't Rito remove killstealing and taxing from the game?

Why does the game even allow you to killsteal or tax CS from your other roles? That's a massive source of toxicity, way worse than flaming (since flaming is easily solved by muting while here you can do nothing), and it brings nothing to the game. Can't you just fix it with changes like these?

    - Kills are no longer credited to the champion who gets the last hit. Kills are now credited to all the champions who participated as a group, and gold is divided equally between participants.

    - Any champion last hitting a jungle creep when his team's jungler is nearby now always gives the gold and XP to the jungler. (buffs still go to the champion who gets the last hit)

    - The jungler last hitting a lane creep when at least one laner is nearby now always gives the gold and XP to the laners, distributed evenly if there are several. You can exclude supports from the gold pool if needed.

The game already has role detection so it's easy to determine who the jungler is. Essentially if you take smite and start with a hunter's item it's pretty clear that you intend to jungle. If several champions start with a hunter's item the one who queued for jungle gets priority.

No more killstealing, no more following junglers around to steal thir farm, taking your jungler's buffs now gives the gold and XP to the jungler as it should, no more lane taxing like smiting cannons (which leads to ragequits), etc. Makes the game much healthier IMO.

    • Kill stealing does not exist in a team oriented game
    • Nope, that just makes things harder to manage even as a jungler. I don't want to be accidentally taking away exp and gold from my team because I was close. Also this makes funneling stronger.
    • Taxing is a beneficial when done right to both the laner and the jungler.

In what universe does a rule that says "all lane gold goes to the laners, all jungle gold goes to the jungler" make funneling stronger?

It removes it from the game completely.

When taxing is beneficial it's called funneling. Riot wants to remove funneling from the game, don't they?

Have your mid laner jungle with you, jungler gets to clear two camps at the same time, then have the jungler go mid to take cs while the mid laner doesn't go mid to absorb the exp or gold. It's not that hard

Taxing is not funneling. They're completely different.
