Introduction
Spittle makes a great harassment.
Exhaust and Heal can be interchanged depending on your playstyle (heal for early-game survivability until you can get your Madred's).
(Sell Doran's Ring) Instead of Void staff, you can opt for Zhonya's Hourglass if you're into that sort of thing. =/
Note: If you get Rabadon's Deathcap in lieu of the Void or Zhonya's, due to the recent patch update, it may not be able to push the 2% mark on BAB. Meh, too lazy to check it out.
This build will put you a notch above 2.000 ATT speed.
