These builds are absolute lategame monsters. Their main issue is to mitigate early, mid-game aggression (you need to buy and stack tear early hence you will lack a lot of teamfight capability coming from early ap items). If you fall behind, focus on farm and proxying until you have fimbulwinter + rylai's, at that point you can use tp or roam for plays.
