This guide focuses on K'Sante being a frontline tank while being a support. There are 2 different builds for this guide, and those two being a duelist Tank Support if you want to focus more on damage. And a heavy tank support which focuses on building more support items than K'Santes usual items.

Early game as K'Sante, you are going to upgrade your Q first because having that 2nd Q stack can make you immobilize the enemy. And as K'Sante it is easy to immobolize your enemy because of your kit.

So this is where the rune cheap shot comes in to deal that extra bit of true damage during the early phase.

When you are playing the duelist build, you are going to peel off the frontline and taking the damage. Making Jak'Sho a perfect item on this build since you will be gaining additional resistances when longer in fights. This can also synergize really well with Forces of Nature with it's stacking MR. And another good item is Sunfire because the longer you are in fights, the more damage will ramp up that will scale off your HP.

Now for the support path, You will not being dealing as much damage like the duelist build. But instead you will be more of a tank to take the hits while supporting your teammates with your items from the build path. I put evershroud as the mythic because when immobilizing enemies, within a 600 radius they will take more damage from you or allies. Making your Q stack trigger this passive. And with your shielding from your E, you can safely shield your allies and the shield power will increase with the items that boost those stats. Zeke is also a good item when you use your ult because it'll trigger the passive to burn and boost your ally with the highest attack damage. You want to use your ult near your teammates so they can benefit from the item passive. And having Knights Vow is also good since it gives you more health and helps your carry survive longer with the damage redirection. As well having Redemption as your 2nd item not including boots, you can heal your allies or deal that extra bit of 10% true damage to the enemy when you are alive or dead.

In conclusion, I find K'Sante as a support pretty decent but also difficult to master since he's mainly a top laner and is still pretty stupidly strong this patch. But I think it's pretty broken if you play it properly and make it to the late game with full build. Both build paths still are pretty damn good on this guide so have fun with it.
