Champion Build Guide
FIZZ ABILITY ORDER
Max R [Chum the Waters] first which is a given, and then the standard ability to max next is E [Playful/Trickerster]. However, depending on your matchup, sometimes one may choose to put 3 points into W [Seastone Trident], and then max E.
A benefit of adding points to the W would be for a matchup against champions that hard-shove waves under the turret or are not as mobile. Fizz's W is the most efficient ability to use for waveclear- keep in mind that Fizz's W was nerfed, so I would still max E regardless after maxing R.

FIZZ BUILDS [Dark Harvest]
[DARK HARVEST] BUILD
(look at runes)
This build with [Dark Harvest] for Fizz works surprisingly well. Many Fizz mains have been trying this new build out, going for spell vamp and running Domination/Precision. Ravenous Hunter works well with this because of the sustain it gives Fizz. Triumph and Coup de Grace is a necessity for running this rune page, providing even more sustain.
With the new [Dark Harvest], now that stacks do not come from killing large minions or champions, it gives a stack every time you damage a champion below 50% health. Although it is weak during early laning phases as Fizz, once you have around 14-16 stacks, the burst coming along with it is pretty insane. DH procs well with Fizz's W [Seastone Trident]. Make sure you truly understand how the new DH works, and it's necessary to keep your eye on when DH comes up again (45 seconds, unless 1.5 seconds on takedown).

FIZZ BUILDS [Electrocute]
[ELECTROCUTE] STANDARD BUILD
(look at runes)
This is the standard runes for Fizz, running Domination/Sorcery with [Electrocute]. For the second branch, Celerity and Scorch are good matches with Fizz. With Celerity's movement speed bonus, this allows for Fizz to easily catch up with anyone and burst them. Scorch pairs up with Fizz's W especially well, as it adds more bonus magic damage to finish off any squishy champion. Scorch could also be swapped for either Nullifying Orb (against burst mages such as LeBlanc, Diana or Syndra) or Gathering Storm (extra AP is nice).
I prefer to run Relentless Hunter with these runes, however Ravenous Hunter, Ingenious Hunter, and Ultimate Hunter all work with Fizz.
===Pros of each of the Hunters===
> Relentless Hunter: Stacking Relentless Hunter allows for Fizz to move even faster - easily catch and burst squishy champions.
> Ingenious Hunter: Fizz has many active items in his build; therefore, this gives a shorter cooldown on Hourglass and Protobelt. Both are vital in Fizz's build.
> Ravenous Hunter: Healing is always good, going along with Fizz's quick burst of damage. In my opinion, this would be best taken with the [Dark Harvest] build above.
> Ultimate Hunter: It's always nice to have a very low cooldown on your R (around 40 seconds with 5 stacks), and it is more beneficial for someone who is accurate at landing sharks. If you have difficulty landing your shark, I would not recommend taking this Hunter. In my opinion, this would be best taken with the [Electrocute] build below with short cooldowns with your R.

FIZZ BUILDS [Electrocute] CDR Shark
[ELECTROCUTE] SHARK BUILD
Frequently, I run this build just for fun because personally, the very low CD on your R is very strong, especially for mid/late game. Of course, you would be sacrificing movement speed and healing from the other choices; however, Ultimate Hunter is strong with Fizz's shark. Initiating Fizz's full combo, it would be to throw out the shark. If you miss, no biggie it will be up in 40 seconds or so. All in all, if you're up to throw some sharks around, this is the build to go.
