I had been playing a Press the Attack Nocturne mid to decent success and really enjoyed the champion. When the patch notes for 9.4 came out I read the changes to Conqueror and tried it for fun in a normal game to realize that it just felt right.

Conqueror really allows a more Bruiser focused play-style possible, rather then the typical Assassin Nocturne that most people are used to playing against. The true damage and correct itemization lets you win most melee match ups as well as fair well against tanks.

In the late game your Ultimate can still impact team fights by taking out an enemy who is out of position changing many fights to 4v5's in your teams favor.

Nocturnes kit has inherit sustain and good 1v1 potential, as well as an ultimate that helps make plays in other parts of the map, hopefully this has been some insight into the build.
