Champion Build Guide
About Aatrox
Aatrox is a particular character, to deal good damage need to hit the furthest zone of the Q. The W i technically a grab but with a delay; Aatrox's E is a short dash that is usable during Q's animations. Also, the E has a passive that give Aatrox's Ult Omnivamp (~50%). The Ult is similar to the Swain's one, but without the area around the character that heals the character.
Full Crit Info
The Full Crit Build is good if the opponent is not a tank, infact i recommend to play this build in midlane. The only problem is an eventually mage or ranged. In the Full Crit Build you can build Draktharr or Eclipse (depends who you're facing) but the other items are obbligatory. The core items are collector and infinity edge, these items are the best for an high damage full crit build that can carry; the collector is good because with Triumph in the runes can be very useful for a clean execute, while the Infinity Edge is good because the Q does crit damage on the tip of the ability, and the Infinity Edge increases crit damage by a 75% when you have at least 60% crit rate. The other items are commonly Essence Reaver and Lord Dominik's Regards, but every item with a crit stat is good. But the Navori Quickblades doesn't work because the passive is only good for AA (Auto Attacks).
Full Lethality Info
In this case the used mythic is the Prowler's Claw but, like the full crit build, you can choose. In this build i selected the prowler for its active (a dash into an enemy reducing his defences) and its passive (5 lethality for every item) and other items like Yoummuu's Ghostblade... The Serylda's Grudge is quite a "must" because it slows enemies when damaged with abilities, so the Aatrox Q is easier to hit.
Sustain + Armor Pen Info
For this build i suggest to buy eclipse first for a little bit of sustain and a good passive to remain more time in fight. The second item the Ravenous Hydra works good with the Q ability giving more omnivamp to the character (10%). The core items are Ravenous Hydra and Serylda Grudge, but the death dance is also pretty good for sustain and dealing damage. The Sterak's Gage is extremely important when there is a burst character in the other team, and the Sterak's Gage can save you with its passive (similar to the Immortal Shieldbow's one).
Sustain + R Spam
So this build is the most strange one. Seems a normal build but the Axiom Ark is the core item for this build. The Axiom Arc lets you have a quite infinite Ult not just for its passive (if the enemy you damaged in 3 seconds die, your Ult recover 20% of the cooldown) but also for the Aatrox Ult's passive that refreshes the time remaining when you kill or assist a kill. So think about a Teamfight, where you go in and use the Ult to survive the damage incoming, when you kill, or an enemy that you damaged in 3 seconds die you recover some seconds on your Ult and the remaining time refreshes either. I don't want to say that you are immortal, but you are quite hard to kill with this strategy.
