Starting off you want to grab red smite (good for 1v1s and skirmishes) and go to the jungle side where your strongest lane is.
(lane you will mostly gank all game, to identify such lane ask yourself these questions: Does my lane have CC? Is the enemy laner an easy target to gank? Is my laner a potential win condition? If at least two questions have positive answers, then you have your strong lane)
Wait there incase of an invade until the 0:40 mark, then press B to recall and drop your ward on the buff 1 second before recall ends. You then want to grab an oracle and go start your clear WITHOUT LEASH on the opposite side (where you didn't ward).
Nocturne is a fairly good farming champ you should be able to FULL CLEAR your jungle without leash before the 3:20 mark. You want to clear towards your strongest lane and immediately gank after clear. Your goal isn't necessarily to get a kill, you just want to at least make them waste summoners. If the gank succeeds help your laner crash the wave and hit recall. If the gank results in nothing try and grab scuttle ASAP then hit recall.

After your first back you want to grab boots and long swords + control ward (if affordable).
Clear from the opposite side of your strongest lane towards that lane again and gank once more. Basically this will be your main pathing for the game, clear towards strong lane then gank. Over and over again, you want to abuse that lane in order to create a big win condition.
