Conclution
This build is of meta and will not work in every situation. But if you miss teh old days when Sett could Pentakill with one punch this is as close as it gets.
No boots forces you to play safe because you can't engage and you can't escape.
Landing your W is the key here. Use your E or Ult to slow or stun them if you are solo or wait for a teammate to bring the CC.
