Tell me folks... who is a better jungler. Do you need Trundle if you have Cho'Gath? I'm still looking for my stellar jungler. I'm a good Amumu, but again, losing blue buff early is heartbreaking. I want a jungler that doesn't give a ****, and says, "all right, invade, I'll just go this path". Amumu has pretty ****ty level 1 teamfights(auto attacks and running into everyone for aoe WOO!), as well, something I need to be prepared for. I just want a jungler that can roll faces, and really doesn't face the drawbacks that amumu does. My #1 pick: Trundle. Immensely tough to 1v1 early levels, really adaptable, stellar ganks, and the guy just has a freaking batman-esque utility belt! Really, he has plenty of paths he can take. I imagine he has a high skill cap, and he's not totally reliant on a good team.

Now Cho'Gath, I love solo top with him. I think he's one of the best 1v1 tops out there. But in the jungle, I can just **** around. I just invade at will, and just. Keep. Going. Not to mention the crazy late game damage and soak! He's awesome... but I don't feel I live up to his potential in the jungle. I just end up ****ing around with him, doing what I want, because he's so unpredictable to counter jungle! Great dragon and baron too. Double smite means there's pretty much no chance your team is going to lose a buff! And that's just admirable.

So lemme know what you guys think, I haven't been around for a while, still can't play league at my house, but I've been rocking socks lately, and I'm ready to start out my season 2 ranked play.

I don't care about my rep, but you can +rep if you want to.

Trundle, in my opinion. He's impossible to get ganked and his ability to kill dragon is surpassed by none.

I love them both. They're both great junglers (though Trundle is of higher calibur, while Cho' is a better solo top than him).

Cho' has hard CC, while Trundle has only a slow. I use Cho' on teams that need more bulk and CC, and Trundle on teams that need more bulk and damage, but have enough hard CC.

Cho's ganks are better if you land rupture successfully and the lane you're ganking doesn't have good CC of their own. Trundle's are better if your laners have some CC, and his pillar is more reliable than Rupture.

Pre-6 Cho'Gath just has one smite, and needs a reliance on Blue due to his high mana cost. But after 6, he's a monster in the jungle.

I guess when he doesn't have Blue, it's not much of an impact because of Carnivore.

To be honest, I never really tried jungling with Cho, nor Trundle, but I do own Cho, so it does seem quite interesting to try it later.

I don't even

Cho' isn't blue reliant, but it helps him quite a bit. Same with Trundle actually.

They're both excellent junglers, but you can use Trundle's ultimate to counter Cho :)

Cho has the faster clear times. I'd say as the match progresses Trundle can't keep up with Cho's speed but he is faster and safer when landing major objectives like dragons and Barons.

Different tools, different jobs :)

Trundle also has the ability to solo baron if he gets fed enough (only champ I have ever known to do that) but cho has the best skin in the game.

I'm hearing a lot of trundle votes out there. Cho'Gath is an amazing tank late game. Great damage, disruption, cc and soak? Sign me up! But I am hearing consistently that trundle is just a beast of a control jungler, and his ganks are up there with the best of them. So I'm definitely going to purchase trundle. He has 3 things I really like in a character: High skill cap, great utility, not played that much. He's flexible, powerful, and a fierce control jungler(you wanna step into his jungle and risk meeting him, be my guest).
