How does this review work:I'll be going into four 'main' topics: Cheatsheet, Content, Presentation and What can be Improved?. All of these topics alone can turn a great guide into an even better one. Just knowing the ins and outs of your champion alone won't be enough if you're not able to properly convey said information. The end goal is always to make it easier for the readers that come to your guide of course.I'll specify these main categories with purple text within this review, as well as some subcategories which will mostly depend on your guide chapters and for that I'll use the following rating system:

Cheatsheet

>Runes: Adequate

I believe the titles should be "Rune Choice #1" and "Rune Choice #2" instead.

Your notes for the different rune pages are terrible. Cheatsheets are made to give readers very brief and concise information about the options they have to pick from and most use it right before starting a game or to again, just get information quickly. Referring readers to sections you have further down is bad, because nobody will do that. If they use the quick info you give them in the cheatsheet and end up liking your guide, they will return to read the rest of it. Expand your notes, explain why you should go certain options, it goes a long way even if the descriptions are concise. These are after all what notes are for in the cheatsheet, very brief and quick info about e.g. an item or a summoner spell.

On that same note I myself as a reader would certainly like to know right now without having to read the rest of the guide what makes Conqueror good and what makes Press the Attack good -- because looking at statistics, PtA is absolutely horrible and a terrible pick, Conq is the best choice 95% of the time, so I'm very curious here and would like to know, not be referred to other sections. (●'◡'●)

>Summoner Spells: Adequate

I'd personally remove Ghost + Smite -- it used to be a very strong choice before, you are correct. By now and today's patch / game state, it's highly useless as it has completely fallen off of the meta (as shown by statistics going nothing else other than Flash + Smite).

Here you have notes that are WAY better. These are concise and brief, and yet explains quickly to readers exactly why you should pick each option (disregarding the "Take a look below!"). Why didn't you do this for the runes as well?

"Best Reset" and "If you fell behind early" doesn't have any notes. What makes these options good in the first place, why should I as a reader trying out Viego for the first time be trying my hardest to reach the best reset possible aka Serrated Dirk and double Long Sword -- what the hell does it do for me? Why don't I just go other items? Explain!

"2nd/3rd items" both also have no notes at all. To me as a reader I have no clue why I should be building these items. Especially when overall you're running a pretty unpopular build. Why is The Collector strong, why should I go Lord Dominik's Regards into most games (good explanation here would be against tanks / it scales well with you), why should I run Infinity Edge if I am fed, none of this is explained. It makes it confusing and of no help when trying to decide what to go.

You have like a billion boots options and yet not one of them are explained at all here. Once again it leads me back to the prior point I made, notes are meant to give readers very quick and concise information, not referring them to sections below that they don't need if they're looking at the cheatsheet. Explain your reasonings for your boots. Plated Steelcaps are the most commonly rushed boots on this champion, and yet it doesn't help at all that none is explained and the first boots shown to me is Boots of Swiftness who is rarely built out of all these options and Symbiotic Soles which is never ever built. Neither is Plated Steelcaps your favorite choice of boots despite them being used the absolute most. Explain! (●'◡'●)

Your full builds have no notes. Tell me or readers why we should be running each build, what makes them good even? The only thing that changes between these builds are Immortal Shieldbow -> Guardian Angel or Plated Steelcaps -> Synchronized Souls -- why? You can say that GA is better if your focus is survivability but then again IS does that too. You can say that Synchronized gives tons of movement speed and a faster recall and that plated is huge against massive AD team comps or a lot of auto attacking champions and yet none is explained at all. If I wanted to start playing the champion, I am picking the first build and none of the others, I won't even bother that they exist, because nothing is explained so by default I'll just go with what I think makes sense (probably). See what I mean here?

I'm also very curious about your choice of build here, which again is why I believe the notes should explain these reasons. Your build is lethality Viego -- a very unpopular build. The current most popular build on this champion that everyone runs at all times is either Kraken Slayer -> Sundered Sky or Blade of the Ruined King -> Sundered Sky -- essentially going full AD bruiser. Your build isn't that though. Explain to me why this build is good, both me and other readers I'm sure would love to know this reasoning, hence the notes. (●'◡'●)

Note: Ideally you could expand your notes, why is Q>E>W max the current best ability order for Viego -- there surely is a reason. The same way Q>W>Q>E from lvl 1-4 is vital as well and explained.

You explain here many ways as to why Crit Viego is strong and why we're running Crit, and yet you're running a lethality focused build with the only actual crit item being exactly Infinity Edge and nothing else. How come? Personally I don't feel like this makes any sense. Crit is good but we're going lethality overall with Hubris and The Collector instead of something else that could probably compliment the Infinity Edge some more like Trinity Force -> Sundered Sky -> Death's Dance -> Infinity Edge or hell even Kraken Slayer -> Sundered Sky -> Death's Dance -> Infinity Edge. The build really needs to be explained, it gives no insight to why it would even be good, ontop of the fact that nobody at all is running Hubris ever on this champion. I would like to know! (●'◡'●)

At the same time you still explain very well here as to why crit is used, why was this not explained in the cheatsheet? Why is it only explained now?

"Underrated scaling and sustain in the jungle" but falls off like a rock if you get behind in the next paragraph. Which one is it? Does he scale well or does he not?

As I previously mentioned already, here you explain in detail as to why each option of keystones and runes are good, why was this not explained in the cheatsheet? What you could do is just take what you've explained here, make each part more brief/concise and then you're good to go, you have a proper description.

Curious about your choice for Cut Down here, as it has a 2% usage rate compared to its counterpart Coup de Grace which has a 90%+ usage rate out of all the runes within this slot of the rune page. If this rune is "perfect for Viego" -- How come not a single person is running it? Why are they running the in this case "lesser perfect rune" Coup de Grace if the perfect rune exists right next to it? (⊙_⊙;)

The other rune option you had in the cheatsheet, being Press the Attack is also not explained at all here, despite the cheatsheet referring readers down to this section -- of which they don't get the explanation they were referred down towards. If PtA isn't a viable option, it should just be removed.

>Summoners: Adequate

Again, "It's no longer true that Ghost is good for mobility and chasing" "It used to be broken but now it got nerfed and sucks" "Don't take it" -- if the spell is bad, remove it. Clearly it's not viable by your own words so it shouldn't be recommended here at all. Flash + Smite seems 10x stronger here for someone wanting to play this champion.

>Abilities: Adequate

I like what you made with this section, alternatively you could expand on the descriptions for each ability if you want. Instead of just reiterating the tooltip outright, you could explain things that readers may not know or wouldn't be able to deduce from just reading the tooltip, such as the usefulness of an ability. Take Orb of Deception for example, it travels away from Ahri and back towards her. It deals magic damage on the way out and true damage on the way back. You can setup Spirit Rush repositions and many combos to make sure this true damage will hit on the way back and that the orb always travels back towards you and deals damage. This is not something that's easily explained within the tooltip of this ability, the reader probably wouldn't know something like this under normal circumstances. As for Viego -- this example becomes extremely clear with Heartbreaker as he can possess anyone, and get the abilities and items of any possessed target, leading to a million different interactions and lots of different ways to play the game.

Alternatively, you could up your clips if you want to. Go into a practice tool and make the ability showcases, then force end the game so you can watch the replay, from there you can record each clip you'd like to have and upload it to a site like Imgur. From there you can just copy the video url and have it in your guide with an autoplay=on and loop=on within the webm url which lets you continually loop and autoplay the clip. It'd look a lot better instead of going with youtube.

You explain here why Hubris and The Collector are such exceptional items on Viego and yet nobody is running this build. Why is that the case if it's very good? It again brings me back to the very first point I made, that the build is never really explained, it's kinda just thrown in your face with no context.

Personally I wouldn't be running Synchronized Souls when Plated Steelcaps and Mercury's Treads exist. And it seems like statistics of what other people play agrees with this choice too. If these boots are so strong for snowballing and tempo, why are 300,000 games played just this patch with the aforementioned 2 boots and only 500 games with Soles. It's a questionable pick IMO. Even berserker's would have more legs to stand on here as it actually would feel stronger to build if your ideal build is going Crit.

Note: Feel like this is kinda pointless to have in the guide honestly, at the same time some of these could have just been moved and talked about in their respective section within "Abilities". Things like Viego having (again) millions of interactions when possessing other champions. "Viego being used to having more attack range" also feels completely worthless to know as it doesn't help anyone here at all considering it's a thing of the past and no longer in the game. However, I will leave this choice up to you whether to keep it or not, it's your guide after all.

>Skins: Exquisite

Note: I'm not a very big fan of skins or skin showcases within guides as it just feels like padding without actually adding in anything that's useful at all. I would personally prefer if you just remove it altogether. But, once again, it's your guide and so I will completely leave that decision up to you, this is just my 2 cents. (●'◡'●)

Presentation

If there's one thing I'd say about your guide that I feel like you can improve on, it'll definitely be this. I know very well that making use of BBCode can be a very tedious task in of itself to make use of or just to be able to get familiar with in general, but when it comes to presentation, making use of some more code can really make your guide become more alive, so to say.

You already have a lot of good code here and some sections are presented very well, I like them. With that said I feel like 2 things could elevate the presentation here 1) being chapter banners and 2) being a little bit better formatting of some information, especially the earliest ones where you've just bolded the sections and made use of center tags (which is still fine!) but doesn't look clean personally speaking.

Here are a few coding guides that we already have on the site that could help you if you'd be willing to dedicate some of your time to learning it (or if you just want some quick templates to make your guide look a bit more tidy):

- Making A Guide (has lots of free to use templates)
- BBCode Guide (the actual bbcode guide if you'd want to know how different codes work)
- A Table Coding Guide (talks about the bbcode that is called tables)
- Responsive Columns (talks about responsive columns; mainly for mobile side coding)

I feel like having a bit of a color theme would go a long way for any guide. This will be especially clear if you were to incorporate some more BBCode for your sections. When I say the word 'color theme' I mean using colors that best represents the champion & guide you're trying to make. I can see you've already tried to keep a somewhat consistent color theme for EDG Viego which is the skin you're showing at the top of the guide, this is good! I believe this could be elevated quite a lot, especially if you were to incorporate some banners into the mix.

What can be Improved?

Making guides more extensive takes a very long time and a lot of dedication, but if you want to spend more time making your guide more informative try to explain more topics such as:

- How to play around objectives - You're a jungler after all
- Explaining the actual jungle matchup - It always varies, it's never the same playstyle for everyone
- How to Gank in more detail - Explain how you actually gank different lanes
- Vision/Warding
- Vertical Jungling, it exists, how do you do it and why
- What are plants and what do they help with
- Wave Management - Junglers have them too not just laners (Pushing, Holding & Taxing)
- Lane Priority -- how does it benefit you or your invades
- Invading in general
- Objectives in more detail - Which objectives are more valuable than others, which can be skipped
- How does counter-jungling or counterganking work
- Potential win cons - If any, again objectives play a good part here
- Expanding upon gamestates (early- mid- late game) -- you touch upon these very briefly
- Plants -- there are 3 of them, and they exist in your zone of the map aka the jungle

These topics can all be useful topics to explain, and of course there can be multiple more I haven't mentioned that you can talk about when it comes to Jungle as a role, but I feel like these are some of the more important ones to consider.

Overall Thoughts

For a guide you've made, it's very well made and detailed. The information as previously mentioned is fine as long as some item/rune options are looked upon and notes are starting to be used more. If you add some more sections to talk about within the gameplay and work more on the presentation aspect of your guide, then this guide can definitely become a very good source for players looking to pick up Viego.
