Introduction
The choice of runes was due to the fact annie cannot get health back thus spell vamp works great on her as it works on all her moves including her shield which reflects damage and gives armor and ap which late game is great to have spell vamp with this as it will help in team fights and at times tend to run low on mana given the reason for mana regen runes if she is going for enemy champions as against minions as long as she gets last hit with "Q" it does not waste any many which is great for picking up gold last of all spell pen runes are a big help against anyone who thinks they can take u with a little magic resist which the spell pen will do a big part of ridding that
Many people will disagree with masteries, but as annie is a bursting character she is great stacking ap as her moves get a high % of ap to her moves damage thus getting up to the extra 5% ap which early game wont do much but late game it will count 9 masteries have been put into defence as an extra 6 magic resist and 6 armor helps alot more than u could posibly think and health regen on someone like annie who tends to take not many hits will get back the health thr the spell vamp *runes* and over time health regen finally reason for 1 point on utility summoner spells will be explained in "Summoner Spells"
The skill sequence was pritty straight forward as u just want to be able to burst alot early game u go mainly for disintergrate so u can get some long shots off and so it can kill minions easier thus picking up minion kills faster as well incinerate tends to take out minions later as u build ap it will take out the whole lot instantly if placed correctly annies bear tibbers is one of the biggest damage u have as bear does over 100 damage a second with its constant aoe of 40+ and its basic attacks hitting 80 along with the original burst of 200 it is amazing to pop with disintergrate and incinerate with annies stun every 5 moves the reason for no molten shield untill 9 is because early game u dont tend to get rushed and if u do u should always be ready to "flash *summoner spell.1* and have stun ready if not killing minions
choice for this was due to the fact that u wanna stay in lane as long as possible with teleport giving u the option to leave buy items tp back to lane and repeat every 5 minutes the flash on the other hand is for both offense and defense for example when u have a stun ready and enemy is 3/4 health or below and all moves off cd u can flash in and burst all the health they have unless they have magic resist then u try get a gank off with an ad champion with u flashing in and stunning for them to get up close and rip the enemy to pieces it can also be used as an escape plan to jump over walls or to just gain distant flash is one of the best utilitys if used correctly
annie is one of the strongest ap characters in game for burst damage and is great for group fights being able to aoe stun with the shortest stun currently ingame being able to get a stun every 10 seconds or so is a massive asset to a team regardless along with the amazing damage u can win 1v2's alot of the time when on equal footing
