His E won't miss, even if you Q him. You completely counter his W. Just rush a Liandry's Torment to counter his health stacking.

Darius

He is no problem, as long as you don't step into his E range. Build a Ninja Tabi and be super aware.

Camille

Even

You have no counter play against her combo, but if she is on her cooldowns then you'll need to trade to keep up with her.

Dr. Mundo

Extreme

He can Q from far away and his new E passive is very annoying, as he can get a 30% bonus to his MR. Grab Liandry's Torment and Ignite.

Fiora

Major

She is so similar to Camille, but Fiora's Q also gives her a dash on a low cooldown. Grab Teleport and Ninja Tabi.

Gangplank

Minor

You can easily avoid his barrels with a few points into W. Easily trade with him when he runs out of mana/on cooldowns.

Garen

Minor

You can Q his Q which is nice. He shreds a percentage of armor using his E, so you should be fine.

Gnar

Major

Do not fight him if he's close to Mega Gnar.

Illaoi

A few points into W and you should easily dodge her E and Q.

Irelia

She has a lot of horrible match-ups, and Teemo's one of them. Trade with her on her cooldowns.

Jayce

Extreme

The OG solo laner. Very difficult match-up. Grab Ninja Tabi, max Q second and pray to god that you don't get dived.

Kayle

I still see the Kayle + Master Yi strat around, so just grab Ignite and dumpster Kayle in lane.

Kennen

Major

Kennen is basically a better Teemo. Stay away from this match-up.

Kled

Minor

Disgusting champion, grab Ninja Tabi and Ignite.

Malphite

Minor

Do not linger in lane if you're below 50% health if you're up against a TLD Malphite at level 6. Other than that, you completely counter his armor synergy.

Maokai

Major

His engage and tankiness is really annoying. I would describe him as a very bad Darius, which is still pretty good against Teemo.

Mordekaiser

OH BOY IS MORDEKAISER ANNOYING.

Nasus

Even

End the game before 25 minutes, or just get rekt by Snoop Dogg and his pimp cane. Grab Ninja Tabi and Liandry's Torment to deal some damage to him.

Pantheon

He's not effective against Teemo. Run him down top lane when he runs out of mana.

Poppy

Poppy came out of devil's asshole. Ninja Tabi + Liandry's Torment, and maybe Teleport.

Quinn

She has better roams but a worse burst. Shouldn't be a bad match-up.

Renekton

Major

The only way you can win a trade against Renekton is to Q his W. This is obviously easier said than done. Ninja Tabi and Liandry's Torment is mandatory.

Riven

Even

Max Q second and you should be fine. If she took TLD then use your Flash radically. Ninja Tabi is mandatory.

Shen

Minor

Ew it's Shen.

Tryndamere

Even

Put a few points into Q at early levels to win trades easily. At level 6 you'll really need to hit a shroom on him to contest his ultimate.

Vladimir

He's okay against Teemo, but he loses extended fights hard.

Yasuo

Do not throw your Q into his wall. You will lose fights just because of this. Ninja Tabi, and maybe Randuin's Omen if you farm up super well, is mandatory.

He's no threat, but the Maiden is super annoying. Do not engage in extended trades if he has his ultimate up.
