Objective/ Playstyle

You need attack speed because of Jhin's passive, which means attack speed is turned into attack damage and vice versa. The armor and magic resist are to protect you because you are super vulnerable without them. The movement speed is used for obvious reasons, to just go faster. Also, you can choose to play him in bottom or mid lane, but the optimal position for him is Bot, because he is not super strong early game, and it is better for you to have something to help sustain him early in the game.

Masteries

By getting bonus attack damage from your masteries, you are gaining more movement speed, which helps you go broom broom barry allen. That is really all you need in order to succeed.
