blue ryze build

A nice little thing to note would be how 650 allows him to stay just out or range from most ranged adc's, by running in to auto attack you leave yourself really vunerable. Plus, since your build is kind of squishy (no [[Frozen heart]] or [[Banshee's veil]]) you really need to stay as far away as possible.[/quote]
