hmm... I don't think belongs there... I have more than 500k mastery points on him and I think he can win most match ups. I'm usually able to 1vs2 most situations easily and his early ganks are much better than most champs. Most times I can get my full jungle Item at my 1st back. His jungle clear is amazing because of his passive and he can get drakes and objectives easily. not to mention that his Ultimate ganks are great. The only thing is that he can fall of late game. other than that he's really great and I think he deserves a better place. I really don't think he's as strong as a jg....

Thanks for your feedback, I will move Nocturne up some, because yes he can successfully early gank, but like you said other champions start to out scale him later on.
