He was originally meant to be a real bruiser (just look at his character design, a giant mace and that is never being used?) and my rework"

Posted a Comment: "Yeah, I know that, still, I would say, QSS is an item which should be changed so it is exactly the same like cleanse, replacing cleanse as a summoner spell (cuz who uses cleanse anyway?) but turning it into an actual usefull item for specific roles which need it or be removed entirely. Posted a Comment: "Or you could remove the slow from W so rylai's crystal scepter stil makes sense, change his E so he throws out spectral maces in a similar way like vorpal spikes or the spectral horses from hecarim that stun targets hit (a mace hitting you at the head should surely stun you) and this way"
