I just want to help people out, but perhaps you are right that some people should work together. However that might result in people thinking "Oh, someone else will do it" and that way nothing will ever get reviewed :P

Hi guys I'm new to this creating builds online for other people business and just wanted to throw it out there if some people could take a look at my build and tell me what they think about it that would be great. I'm not saying you should take it easy on me, so critique it all you want. I'll take the good with the bad, so i can make it as good as it can be. I'm still working on the build and i want some feedback on how I'm doing with the progress.

Nope, other people can not see your guide until you publish it. If you are afraid of trollvoters, you can publish and then archive it. That way people can see it, but they can't vote.
