KT could be a top team, if their finish to last split is anything to go by. Najin can become a top team, but unless their old players improve, or they actually field their newer players they will fall behind. Anarchy won't make a huge splash, they might upset a few teams. I could see them avoiding relegation though. GE/KOO I'm not going to judge, considering how they crashed as the split went on (losing to KT, losing to SKT, losing to SKT in the final. I've no doubt SKT is still the nr.1 Korean team.

KT Rolster should have definitley picked Poppy or even Olaf this game, Poppy has great tower control combined with Jinx and Orianna. Poppy is also a counter to Maokai and would have destroyed Vayne and Cassiopeia. Their problem was that they could never reach Cassiopeia or Vayne. This caused Lulu to be a really bad pick here.
