Posted a Comment: "i honestly dont really like precision 2ndary because it takes too long to actually be useful, since you need to stack it first which takes a while youre basically playing without a 2ndary rune for the first like 10 minutes. also that extra bit of attackspeed is slightly overrated as you already have"
