I just checked and Orianna got buffed, after seeing her had gt nerfed to the ground I'm starting to have interest in her. She now has really good base mana regen :)

Yes her numbers went down a bit and yes, she is now less sustainable but look at it this way. With this nerf, she's probably never ever going to be touched. And not because I think but with this nerf in mind she had lost her sustain. Nevertheless, good Akali players will be able to play her to the full potential. In contrasts, Riot is nerfing every other champion down. Now as I see it, she is balanced, like a Brand. With that in mind, I'll be having even more fun with her :). Read More

I am no good at math but when I look at it here it is. Will this nerf hurt?
Say I have 100 AP.
100 AP before nerf = 26% Magic Damage
100 AP after nerf= 21.3333..% Magic Damage
Scenario with 100 AD.
100 AD before nerf= 28% Spell Vamp
100 AD after nerf= 23% Spell Vamp

Q's Damage with hit AND proc ( Additional Magic Damage)
Level 1 BEFORE NERF- 100 Damage
Level 1 AFTER NERF- 90 Damage


Well, as you see that's necessarily not big of a hit but it will hurt. Plus one big thing is that Akali player's have to be a bit more cautious when playing aggressively. All in all these nerfs... Read More

I'm trying to plan out how I'm going to build her and seeing that both PHYSICAL and MAGIC damage are getting put into offense makes me so happy.
In Season Two , Flash is getting nerfed.. Big surprise, but one thing is that I have never really used Flash. To me Flash is good in those CLUTCH situations. But with Akali she already has her twilight shroud for escape and her shadow dance for initiating. All in all, flash is out of my build. Also, I'm thinking on going on Exhaust/Ignite .
