"Absurd item choices even if aiming for a hybrid build. You will have so many down-periods when building for those items.
Runes are random as well. A lot of CS will be missed by simply having those runes.

Runes I'm not so sure. Might want to consider AD quints for last-hitting under tower. CDR blues are too ballsy and should be replaced with MR blues if you want a good lane.
You don't always need Merc Treads. CDR boots are seldom used at all. "
