"But we have to say, Garen is underpowered in the difference to other tanky dps, such like Renekton. If they don't nerf the others, Garen's ratios must be buffed. Maybe get him back to the power of old days^^."

"Great build, but one thing is missing. Something, which gives you enough survival if you cannot autoattak. This could be get by Frozen Mallet or Wamorgs, even Guardian Angel could help. But one of these defensive choises is a must."

"I also seen a Lifesteal-Yi which had crit chance runes. He had an epic crit rate (60%) combined with epic lifesteal (~75%). I think, these runes aren't the best, but they are good."

Garen needs Buff
I think, Garen needs a Buff. He scales with his spin very badly in lategame, Autoattaks deal sometimes more dmg... Only pure ad gives some reasonable dmg output, but this would make Garen die...

And 130 AD is pretty meh for that build. Get an Item with Attack Damage instead of Phantom Dancer. Bloodthirster or something like that. Also, you lack"
