One among 5 tank items does not a tanky-DPS make. Tanky-DPS means blending items of defense with items of offense. Usually that means using items that grant BOTH. This is a tank build with the effect for e LITTLE extra-damage. With it it won't be able to kill ANYONE, especially late-game.

Why is built like ? Horrible items, is an assassin and should only be built as one. I only agree with . No way in hell I could ever like this build.

Nice guide I personally love and would just like to ask why max last? usually you want to max it first or second because you need it for lane sustain and is only useful as a gap closer or to cs with.

I love this build, for a while i was doing badly as Irelia and just like that my first match with this build i get a legendary, thanks Galfureye, your the best!!

i think this is a bad guide u dont need ur E that much, But u need to max ur W for life steal

i have a question too:
i like playing solo top with lifesteal runes + 21 0 9 masteries (9% lifesteal).
is it good for irelia or not needed.
the w is not that good anymore if not activated.

I have been using this build for quite a while now, and I have to say it is brilliant.

Today there was a buff for irelia ( I dont think she needed it, but still lets me feel like im playing a good champion). + she got a really nice frostr skin today, looks brill

I have a question, I was thinking about getting damage quints. Is it better, ok or tottaly not worth it?
