Anivia Ability (LoL): Flash Frost

Anivia fires a massive chunk of ice, dealing 50 / 70 / 90 / 110 / 130 (+25% of ability power) magic damage and chilling enemies for 3 seconds, slowing them by 20-40%. At the end of its range, the ice detonates, stunning enemies for 1.1-1.5 seconds and dealing 60 / 95 / 130 / 165 / 200 (+45% of ability power) magic damage (depending on level).

Anivia can recast this ability while the ice flies to detonate it early.
