Aatrox pretty much counters everything about you,its really easy for him to land all of his combo since you are not mobile at all and your E is just a mobility tool for him.

%HP damage dealing,mobile duelist with an insane splitypush potential that can also DODGE your ultimate,basically good luck fighting with her,try to bait out her W before ulting and take bramble vest early on
Vayne
Take Phase rush with protobelt,steelcaps early and just look to find good oppurtunities to run up on her,or just ask your jungler for gank :D
Yone
Another highly mobile %HP damage dealer,yone will most likely but botrk first item so be careful about trading with him,he will most likely E into Q3 to you,try to punish him as much as you can early since when he takes botrk you don't have much of a chance against him.
Camille
She can deal a lot of true damage but if you dodge her E and W there isn't much she can do really,be careful about her lategame tho.
Darius
Pretty much a coinflip matchup,if you manage to get on top of darius early on it's really hard for him to get back in game,don't take E second since his level 2 is stronger than you.
Irelia
Same situation with yone,try to dodge her E blades and take anti-heal no matter what,you can ult her after she uses hers to remove her cage,look for oppurtunities to Q her and like I said,dodge her E
Gwen
Her early is not the best,but after a few items she manages to melt you down with ease.
Kennen
Annoying ranged matchup,very high mobility and a stun,I usually go for
phase rush and hextech protobelt against this thing
Nasus
Even tho his early game is really weak and easy to punish,once he buys trinity force and spirit visage,it'll most likely be around 20ish minutes,so his stacks will be hurting a lot,try to 2v1 or 3v1 him around mid game and 5v1 him at late game.
Olaf
He will just run up to you and start auto-attacking,doesn't need much information,take plated steelcaps with bramble vest early game to take less damage from him.
Sett
His early game is stronger than you,try to play passively in the first 6 levels,when you take rylais it becomes way easier,use your W only for his W,so you dont lose half your hp to him early on the game.
Tahm Kench
I just hate this matchup,he can poke you from afar,is tanky,provides good utility in teamfights and is just a pain to kill in lane imo.
Vladimir
A late game scaling hypercarry,not very fun to play against even in early game,he can heal from minions so try to get good trades with him,don't trade when he has empowered Q,taking morello will be good since he will not auto attack to heal.
Gangplank
Pretty annoying with his barrels but since his W is not working on your ult he is not as big of a problem as he was before.
Garen
Pretty decent matchup,I go for rylai first item to punish him well,he is not really a problem early on but if he decides to go crit garen he will melt you in late game.
Illaoi
You counter her well but she is still a beast in teamfights,you gotta either get a lead on your lane or keep her away from teamfights.
Jax
Jax is a problem if you play bad,his E can be a problem and in late game he'll most likely bully the hell out of you.
Renekton
His empowered W can get rid of shields and he has pretty decent mobility and healing,try to punish him when he engages
Trundle
Trundle is just an auto-attacker with 3 steroid abilities,Q deals damage both to you and turrets,W gives him attack speed,move speed and increased healing,his ult steals resists,pretty annoying matchup,but if you manage to get a lead he'll be useless in fights,be aware of his splitpush tho
Tryndamere
His ult is a big problem,try to bait it and keep him away from you when he ults,in teamfights you can ult him to keep him away from steamrolling your squishies.
Volibear
He isn't much of a threat really,unless he manages to hit his E,it deals a big chunk of damage and he is really good at tower diving,try to stay healthy and buy antiheal early
Yasuo
Same with yone mostly,but his W is useless against you,ulting him is a pretty good move since he won't be able to E more than once.
Yorick
Dodge his E or dodge the game really,he is really strong with his ghouls and trinity force,you can't leave him alone at all since he will punish you hard.
Heimerdinger
He will stay behind turrets most of the time,take ghost and run at him when you have ult,isolate him from turrets and he is basically defenseless.
Kayle
Really weak early game,she can't get close to you really,try to get a lead before she goes past 6.
Kled
Kled will just run up to you and hope for the best,punish him as much as you can since he doesn't have a sustain in his kit.
Malphite
He will either go tank and will do nothing all game,or will go ap and destroy the rest of your team,but he is not the greatest pick against morde in laning phase.
Ornn
He can deal damage yes,but it's not enough to be compared with yours,take liandrys early and just watch him as he gets melted.
Riven
W her combo,I don't have much experience with this matchup.
Urgot
Pretty easy to punish since his kit revolves around being close to people,take rylai first and punish his engage.
Cho'Gath
He can't do much against morde in early -mid game,he only has a chance against you in late game
Dr. Mundo
Take his passive with E before ulting,he doesn't have much things to do against you really.
K'Sante
Another tank,but this one can lower its own resistances,his damage is not an issue when you W it all.
Teemo
Take ghost and just run up to him,your ult cancels his mushrooms and he is only good against your before level 6.
Sion
just a big wall of flesh,doesnt have much damage nor mobility.
Shen
Shen is stronger than you in first 2 levels,after you take W he can't really win any trades against you.
Skarner
another tank,only good thing he has is CC,punish him when he engages.
Zilean
Any Champ who has a slow for enemy or movespeed for you is great for mordekaiser
Amumu
Any champ with and AoE CC is a really good friend of mordekaiser

Mordekaiser is a really good lane bully especially for lower elose since people mostly play immobile champs on top lane and people don't know to play against him,even ranged matchups struggle with you sometimes,just make sure you're not only playing for yourself,join teamfights and focus to isolate enemy carry,be the frontline for your team and use your ult efficiently.
