For me, the most hard matchup with singed. With barrier you can win, but is really hard. Proxy all the match, he doesn't have the mobility to chase you, but be careful of his Flash + Ult.

Who i'm & The guide
I was Gold player in LAS S6 because i had only one week to play ranked in S6, Starting in Silver V. In the preseason i have reached Platinum V.
Now I Play in NA with a new account, "Proxy Emo" i main singed with Barrier because it's really op, you know, i'm OTP.
