This build is perfect for climbing low elo, you are not tied down to your adc, you can survive and thrive by yourself if you keep moving and manage your mana. Best used with aggressive adc so they don't miss out on the kill, if they are not aggressive then you will look like you are kill stealing. Watch your mana and ward everything. This is great to reach and stop strong ADC counters for your lane. As you can combo kill them easy and all by level 6.
