You could always copy the build yourself and put it into the client as a custom item set.
If the authors have the time or want, they will create their own item sets which they will share in their guides so that you can copy and import it into your client.

If you want to have all of them, the easiest way is to just create a custom item set by yourself with your favourite build that you've seen in a guide. Not every author wants or have time to make their versions of an item set, but you can always make your own. @ Sirlencio
