Update or Reinstall League of Legends

5. Download the latest version from the official League of Legends website and install it.

Hello everyone, I currently have a problem with LoL, or rather with Vanguard.
In almost every match I get this error message from Vanguard and I don't really know why it appears. Yesterday everything worked without any problems. As of yesterday, I didn't have an update in LoL, Vanguard or Windows itself.
Unfortunately, re-establishing the connection is not enough. I either have to restart the client, or more often the entire PC.
In the middle of the rankings, as you can imagine, I lose almost every game because of this.
Is there any solution approach? How do I fix this very annoying error? Reinstall Vanguard? Lol reinstall?
