Purchase RP -> Get account suspended

I had forgotten it in the car and entered the CVV number wrong a couple of times then went and got it and completed the transaction successfully. And yes, i definitely agree - if they get access to both of those, i'm doing something quite wrong. But at the same time, not even having it as a reason for the account suspension is equally as irresponsible imho. Also being simply suspended with a very vague reason ("Disciplinary"), without the slightest attempt to contact me and try to figure out the problem, even though I'm a paying customer, seems quite unprofessional to be honest.[/quote]

Not to mention that by contacting support, you can also validate that it is in fact you on the account and not a hacker. They possibly banned you off of a charge back from your bank. Perhaps your bank found that someone was trying to access your card and got it wrong numerous times, so they charged back the funds. I know for certain that Riot permabans for that.[/quote]
