So is there any chance of Riot releasing old holiday skins? Have they done it before? Cause I really need to grab The Mighty Jax and Candy Cane Miss Fortune :D

Holiday skins, yes.
Old, old holiday skins, no.

Everything before Festive Maokai's bunch of skins will not come back under any circumstances.

so wiat, legacy skins will come back if they want them to?

imo i prefered that legacy skins were gone for good. i want them to make new holiday skins, not bring back old ones.
