I won rank games in diamond 1 with adc lulu but at the end of the day that doesn't say much either. :/
I feel like he's solid though and there is certain part of Lulu's kit that no other adc has.

Whenever I play support Lulu with an adc that has o idea what he is doing I sometimes build Blade of the Ruined King for funzies.
It isn't that strong, but it is quite fun in normals :3
