It depends on the game...
E is a must have for resets, no questions here.
R is pretty good, if you know how to use it.
Q is nice in SR, but in ARAM you will rarely get a target isolated.
W is good on ARAM for the poke but not so great on SR.
So for ARAM I'd recommend E>W>R with a heavy engage team, and W>E>R with a poke team.

I mostly evolve
Void Spike first. This can vary though, depending on the initiating power of your team, the amount of poke from both teams and how many ranged or pokey champions they have. If your team inititates team fights often
Leap must be evolved first. Otherwise
Leap is second. If
Leap is first however I would probably evolve
Taste Their Fear second. Third evolve is mostly
Void Assault, but I sometimes take
Void Spike here instead if I'm a little too scared to go berzerk in the middle of their team and want to stay a bit back.
This is a personal preferance though, some people don't even mind evolving
Void Spike since the nerf, but yeah...

I always evolve
Taste Their Fear 'cause that 6% damage is really strong. But, E>Q>R evolving is the best I think.

you dont really need to evolve spikes in ARAM because his evolved Q still does extra damage based on missing hp even if they arnt isolated, whereas W just makes you hit more people but you have to remember each person can only be hit/damaged by one projectile from evolved W which imo doesnt make it worth it enough in ARAM unless your W is literally the only poke/waveclear your team has
