Tank-Shredder

[quote=utopus]I think you're overvaluing [[the black cleaver]]. There are few champions who can make full advantage of that item's passive in a fast manner. If you don't have a %health carry on your team, you can always just run [[trundle]] top too for the [[subjugate]]. It works wonders[/quote]

[/quote] Hmm unless they changed jax in the past hours, he does not deal %health damage in his kit ^^ Also i agree with Tzayad, Kog is definitely one of the best tank destroyer in the game. Needs to be protected tho. You could had Yasuo too, his ult with a [[last whisper]] is really nice. Poppy, Vel Koz, Malzahar, Warwick deals %Hp dmg (or true damage for Vel)[/quote]
