I have read that Marksmen are really dying these days and after some plays with Miss Fortune, I was an easy prey and I have decided to go with Xin Zhao for top. After some research and some bot games, I have come up with this built.
Runes:As for items:
Start:
Doran's Blade

First recall:
Boots and Recurve Bow

Early:
Tiamat and Berserker's Greaves

Mid and Late:
Lord Dominik's Regards Guardian Angel and Blade of the Ruined King
