Read up on all the new PBE changes to get up to date on the upcoming Patch 25.16. Highlights include two new variety skins as well as the arrival of Victorious Fiora!
These changes appeared on PBE on the 24h of July, but have been slowly shifting over the past week, and may continue to do so. As such, keep in mind that not all of these changes may make it to the live patch. If you’d like to check any of the following changes out before Wednesday, hop on PBE and queue up!
New Cosmetics
In patch 25.16, Riot’s taking a break from all things Spirit Blossom to introduce two skins into two separate pre-established skinlines. Joining the likes of Toy Terror Cho’Gath and Renektoy, we have Brick Toy Corki. Brick Toy Corki will be available starting next Wednesday for 1350 RP—the standard price for an Epic-tiered skin. The skin comes in eight possible Chroma variations, seven of which are 290 RP apiece, while the Ruby variant is available only through the bundle.
The second skin that's being added to the store next Wednesday is a new addition to the Day Job skinline—Bowling League Lillia. This skinline has various champions performing mundane jobs or, in this case, something hobby-adjacent. Bowling League Lillia is also an Epic skin with a 1350 price tag, and also comes with the standard eight-array of Chromas.
While that's all for what's new in the store, there is one more skin dropping on the live servers next week—Victorious Fiora, the Season 2 ranked reward skin. This skin is free for all players who have achieved a rating of at least Gold during Season 2. It comes in nine different colourings, according to your highest placement. If you've achieved Gold IV, you'll attain Victorious Fiora as well as the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Chromas. If you were Challenger, you'll get all of the Chroma options.
General Changes
Baron Nashor has gotten a little boost to their bulk. Their base Health has been increased to 11800 from 11500, as well as their Health per minute to 190/min from 180. However, their overall survivability has gone down, with their Health Regen now being 0, down from 1.875.

Each ability's Heat generation amount is now displayed in the HUD. They exist in place of resource costs for most other champions.

▼ Target health ratio per tick reduced to 0.5 / 0.542 / 0.583 / 0.625 / 0.667% of target's maximum health from 0.5 / 0.567 / 0.633 / 0.7 / 0.767%.
NEW EFFECT Each hit's debuff now also applies a burn for 0.5 seconds, refreshing on subsequent hits and not stacking with the flame if already debuffed.
BUG FIX The timing of damage by casters on the red side will now match the timing of damage by casters on the blue side. Debuff now correctly affects enemies for the first time at the same time they are hit.
The Equalizer

▲ Debuff linger cadence increased to once every 0.25 seconds from once every 0.5 seconds.
NEW EFFECT Enemies can now be affected by the debuff for up to 5 seconds invariably when within the zone at all times.
BUG FIX The timing of damage by casters on the red side will now match the timing of damage by casters on the blue side. Debuff now correctly affects enemies for the first time at the same time they are hit.
BUG FIX Rocket zones no longer start affecting enemies at an up-to 0.25 second delay (their debuff application is no longer fuzzy).
BUG FIX Each rocket zone now always lasts for exactly 4.5 seconds each instead of all rockets' zones disappearing at once 5 seconds after the first missile lands due to their duration refreshing with each subsequent rocket launch.

Debuff duration increased to 2.2 seconds from 2.1. Now has an internal counter to apply 8 instances of damage total at most including the final application instance, as a safety mechanism.
BUG FIX The timing of damage by casters on the red side will now match the timing of damage by casters on the blue side.
BUG FIX Re-application check cadence increased to once every 0.25 seconds from once every 0.5 seconds.
BUG FIX There is also no longer an up-to 0.25-second delay on the re-application check (it is no longer fuzzy).
