League of Legends Aspect of the Dragon
What is it?
Aspect of the Dragon is a temporary team-wide neutral buff granted by the Elder Dragon, which spawns after a team has slain 4 elemental drakes. It is available only on Summoner's Rift. The buff is lost upon a champion's death and cannot be transferred to another champion, unlike the 
Crest of Insight and Crest of Cinders, which are not team-wide buffs.
The buff is active for 2 minutes & 30 seconds before disappearing, assuming that the holder has not been killed before it runs out.
What does the Aspect of the Dragons grant?

- Damaging enemies causes them to burn for 75−225 true damage as default damage over 2.25 seconds (depending on minutes), with the first tick occurring after 0.25 seconds and the others after 1 second each.
- Damaging an enemy champion below 20% of their maximum health blasts them with Elder Immolation after 0.5 seconds, executing them, which deals 100% of their current health as true damage that pierces through shields. - Elder Immolation cannot occur on the same target more than once every 2 seconds. - Elder Immolation cannot execute units through invulnerability effects and effects that prevent them from falling below a certain health amount, but can execute through untargetability. |
