League of Legends Heat
What is Heat?
Heat is used by certain champions. Upon reaching a certain amount of Heat, some of their abilities are granted a bonus effect.
Currently, the only champion in the game to use Heat as a resource is 
Rumble, whose (non ultimate) abilities gain bonus damage or effect when above 50% Heat, however, if he reaches 100% Heat, he silences himself (due to Junkyard Titan).
