This post is for MashedPotatoe because I don't think he understand my point. Really this post is only going to boil down the damage because apparently thats what Mashed is all about, even though he says that's the only thing I'm concerned with despite my build being much more than just damage, I don't think he realizes it yet.

So let's take the champion Urgot. Urgot gets 220 base mana on top of 45 per level. So this is assuming for both Urgots that they are equally skilled, have the same masteries, same runes, and hit the same CS. We'll say they hit about 85% which is a pretty good score but nothing like tournament play, probably your average 1400-1500 elo AD carry. So by 15 minutes you will have 475 starting gold + 1528 passive gold = 2003 passive gold. Factoring in farming, the maximum gold achievable is 5287 - 2003 passive gold giving us 3284 gold for hitting 100% cs. Take 15% of that off gives us 2791.4 gold from farming. 2791.4 plus the 2003 passive gold gives us 4794.4 out of the maximum 5287 that is achievable.

So now item purchasing comes in to factor. Assuming both players started the standard Boots and 3x Health Potion that spends 455 of your 475, leaving you with 20 gold. For my particular build, I go Tear of the Goddess then Glacial Shroud into Manamune. This spends 4090 of my 4794.4 gold (thats including the 3 pots and boots start). So that leaves us 794.4 wiggle room for pots, wards, and items, nearly 800g on wards and pots is absurd, so spending 300g on wards and pots is probably more accurate (that's 2 wards at 150g and about 4 additional pots at 140g bringing us roughly to 290 gold). So all in all I have a Manamune, Glacial Shroud, Boots and roughly 500g.

Now for mashed's build. Mashed goes Tear of the Goddess + The Brutalizer + Glacial Shroud then of course your Boots + 3 health pot start. This spends 4222 of the 4794.4 gold we're given. So he only has a 572.4 cushion, and to be far to the other build we're assuming he spends about 290 gold on wards and pots putting him at 282.4 gold left over.

So now let's examine the builds and what each one grants:
- the Glacial Shroud and Boots cancel in terms of stats provided but we can't just look at stats because we're factoring in 2% mana converted into AD which Mashed is not.

So assuming this is 15 minutes into the game, because thats when our Maximum obtainable gold is set to, assuming the Urgot player is about level 10 and they both got their tear at the same time, we'll give them about 400 bonus mana from tear charge, assuming they went back to get it at the same time and as soon as they could afford it. 400 bonus mana would be 100 spell casts over about a 10 minute span, so you have to cast on average 10 spells per minute which might be a little steep but I don't think that's outrageous to expect.

At level 10 urgot will have 550 mana from levels (55/level) + 220 from base putting him at 770 total mana from base amount (meaning thats unavoidable for him to get the mana). He's going to get an additional 425 mana from Glacial Shroud putting both Urgot players at 1195 mana. Now here's where it changes i'm goign to factor them differently for simplicity sake.

First Moon's build. 1195 mana + 350 base from Manamune and an additional 400 mana from passive giving his Urgot 1945 mana. He also gets a flat 20 AD from Manamuneand an additional 38.9 AD from Manamune's passive giving him a total of 58.9 additional AD. So in total Moon's build gives him (from items only)
- 58.9 AD from Manamune
- 1175 mana from Glacial Shroud and Manamune
- 7 mana regen from Manamune
- 45 armor from Glacial Shroud
- 20% CDR from Glacial Shroud

Now let's look at Mashed's build. He's going to get 1195 mana from his base + 350 base from Tear and 400 from his passive Tear. His urgot will have the same mana coming in at 1945 total mana. He gets 25 flat AD from The Brutalizer with an additional 15 ArmorPen and 10% CDR. So his build gives him (from items only)
- 25 AD from Brutalizer
- 15 ArmorPen from Brutalizer
- 10% CDR from Brutalizer
- 1175 mana from Glacial Shroud and Tear
-7 mana regen from Tear
- 45 armor from Glacial Shroud
- 20% CDR from Glacial Shroud

Now in our discussion Mashed did bring up the point that Urgot's Noxian Corrosive Charge (E) shreds 12 armor, but because both Urgots have access to the armor shred without deviating from their builds I won't factor this in just know that it is there.

As you can see even factoring in the ArmorPen to the AD I'm still dealing more damage than his build and spending less gold. He does get 10% more CDR but that really won't help him get any more (Q) Acid Hunters off so we're both getting of the maximum 4 Acid Hunters (Q).

So in conclusion my particular build does more damage and spends less at this particular point in the game. I suppose you could say that Mashed will be doing more damage when he goes Tear + Brutalizer than I will when I go Tear + Glacial Shroud, and that would be true, but you would also have to factor in my tankiness. You can still go Mashed's build and be successful but I find that my build is much more effective considering I'm doing more damage for a cheaper amount. You also have to consider that The Brutalizer will sit there un-upgraded while I am building into my Frozen Heart, Mashed will have to build into Manamune and then Frozen Heart to match my damage. Yet, this is additional details aside the point of examination, to me I prefer my build and you can say that I'm biased but I feel that this math sufficiently proves that my build is better at this point in time (which I consider to be crucial because it is near the end of laning phase when team fights often start to begin)

Again not everything boils down to math, there are certain game scenarios you have to consider in which each build would be appropriate but all in all I hope you learned something. This isn't to call out Mashed as much as it is to finish my side of the discussion because it seemingly got cut short as did his so I'd love to hear a response and everyone's thoughts.
