Hello everybody
I've been talking about a subject that has been said in recent days: The AI system change in League of Legends.
I researched the various opinions in the mobafire and Riot forum. I do not play Coop vs. AI game for several reasons. However I believe that this modification is very important. Really, the gameplay was somewhat easier in this case (remember that Coop vs. AI also serves other purposes, perhaps that is why it is chosen for players wishing to train with a particular champion).
A video with all future changes was posted by Riot Games, in order to better explain the situation.
I watched and I can give a small review: a major change to gameplay against bots. It has a wider variety of BOTS, an improvement of their ability, for example being in time to walk, hunt, and activate items. Of course, these points are some among many.
The question that I bring is: What are your expectations or your ideas for this new system AI in the game? What do you think it can infuence and / or improve the game? This is a very diverse theme, it is worth debating!

also good for playtesting builds and new champs.
You're better off with playing Normal games very early in your career. Most of the experienced players in this game didn't even have Coop vs AI when they started playing.
I also started to play only normal games, and tried all new champs in a normal game, so that's why I have a really short learn duration :)
They're useful for newer players, not to learn the game, but to practice using a champion. Unfortunately, a lot of new players are playing Coop vs AI exclusively until level 15-20 before even trying a Normal match. With League of Legend's matchmaking system, this will make it even harder to learn. You're better off with playing Normal games very early in your career. Most of the experienced players in this game didn't even have Coop vs AI when they started playing.
Experienced players generally use custom games or Normal games to try out someone new, but you might see the occasional person in a Coop vs AI match to test lane sustain, burst damage, stuff like that.
What will this patch do to the game? Make it more fun, more varied, more accurate (as far as enemy gameplay goes) and perhaps more difficult. I feel that bot games are still in the development stage and the games played there are closer to beta testing than a trial of the actual product. There are a lot of flaws with the current bots, so this is a step in the right direction. I expect they'll be far from perfect though, still providing the same purpose that bot games always have, only a little bit better.
Final note: I don't think bot games have any effect on what I consider to be "the game" (Summoner's Rift), nor will these upcoming changes.
