Push for Level 7 and slow roll for Nocturne*3 while also looking for Diana/Fiddle/Ivern. Early Assassin or Revenant Emblem helps a lot to stabilize in mid game. Once you have Nocturne*3 you can push towards Level 8/9 and add Viego/Volibear and aim for 6 Assassin if possible.
Assassin Emblem goes on Nocturne, Revenant Emblem can go Diana and later Viego.
Nocturne is very strong with Vampiric Scepter, Kha'Zix is a great with Luden's Tempest.
