Also known as "Dragon King", this strategy aims for a quick Level 8/9 and play a combination of Legendary units as your win condition. The core behind this comp is the Legend "Aurelion Sol", because he offers very powerful Augments like "Level Up" that help you reach your desired comp a lot faster.
In early mid / game your main goal is simply to protect your HP while spending as little gold as possible. It's common to focus on Noxus or Ionia/Challengers as they have a lot of combat strength early to minimize your losses.
You should be Level 8 by Stage 4-2 and roll to stabilize. In some games you will be able to reach Level 9 in Stage 4 already thanks to powerful Augment combinations. You want to set yourself up with Ahri as your main Carry and Bel'Veth as your secondary carry. If you managed to stabilize you can start aiming towards Level 9 to add more Legendaries.
Another potential win condition can be Heimerdinger with 3x Mechano Swarm Upgrade and Guinsoo Stacking. With this setup the turret is capable of dealing a very significant amount of damage to the enemy team.
