There are a lot of different approaches for this comp, partly based on your Legend Choice. With Urf you want to open with either Piltover or Zaun Emblem and aim for either a big Piltover Cashout or 6 Zaun as your win condition. If you cashed out with Piltover you are not required to keep playing the T-Hex until the end due to the massive nerfs it received and you can run either value units instead.
The overall core for all versions is usually based around 4 Zaun and 3 Piltover. Zeri wants Robotic Arm or Virulent Bioware as her chem mod. If you find a Zaun Emblem with Unstable Chemtank you should give both to Jarvan so he jumps into the enemy team and explodes the enemy backline.
You want to be Level 7 in Stage 4-1 and roll for a bit to stabilize. Once you're stabilized you can push towards Level 8 and replace Vi for Heimerdinger and add Senna for Tristana. If you reach Level 9 you can also add Sion for more CC. Heimerdinger Upgrads are either Shrink Modul if you don't have Last Whisper or Mechano Swarm for more damage.
