Good for climb low elo ?

I wouldn't say so, Lulu is very team reliant, as are most enchanters. If you look at my tierlist, check the ELO, then look for A or S champs, and that'll give the best chances. But honestly, you can climb with anything, as long as you're improving.

Do you ever put an extra point in her q for some extra early lane poke? Thank you for the great guide. Specially the items are really well explained, love it!

I usually won't put any extra points into Q, and if I do, it's to push the minion wave faster, and not quite so much for poke. A good portion of Lulu's damage in lane is actually from her auto attacks, because of her passive. Because Pix trails behind you, reaching people with Q itself to poke, will not be as effective since Pix's bolt won't reach most of the time. But, if you Q them as they are running at you, both bolts have a much higher chance of hitting, and if they continue to force the trade on you, they'll be taking minion aggro damage while being slow-ed.

I beg to disagree on Kaisa synergy, Lulu can make Kaisa really strong and almost unkillable. Early on Lulu can help balance out Kaisa's weak early game, as well as help her in extended fights. Kaisa gets to have better trades with Lulu because of shield and Lulu damage. Mid-late Kaisa becomes better at extended fights (unless she goes AP and doesn't build AS) and with a Lulu she gets way more survivability than she already has.

Only downside I see is Kaisa diving the enemy with her R and Lulu not being able to follow up, but at least a good Kaisa will not be doing that unless they know they can kill and get away with it.

I've had my fair share of Lulus and that's definitely a Yes support for Kaisa. Great late game and more handleable lane.

What's the reason for you to take more damage oriented items over items that make your shield stronger?
I struggle to pick the right items but mostly go shield power over damage. Is that a good idea?

Typically when you're ahead (meaning you're killing your lane opponents or way ahead in cs), building damage is more efficient because if you won the 2v2 before buying damage, then once you have even more damage, your lane opponents have less options in fighting you. And in this case, you could setup a freeze to zone out the enemy, or stand out of vision and pressure the map by possibly roaming. Overall, its a snowball-ing choice, but taking the heal/shield power is completely fine, even when you are ahead. Thank you for the comment!
